Refund policy
We generally follow a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Cancellation Policy, except in the following situations:
- The item received is defective.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- Products were missing from the order.
- The wrong item was sent.
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
To ensure smooth resolution:
- An unedited opening video of the parcel from the start of unpacking must be provided.
- Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
- Upon receipt, the item will undergo a review process. If approved:
- A replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request.
Processing Timeline
- Returns: Accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Processed within 10 working days after review and approval.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed and the pickup process has begun.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
