Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it's shipped within 1–2 days. If you contact us before it's dispatched, we can modify or cancel it. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled or modified.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship pan India.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we provide COD all over India. An additional charge applies for COD orders.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently don't.
How long does delivery take?
Orders take 1–2 days for processing. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 working days within Kerala, and up to 8 business days outside Kerala.
How much does shipping cost?
Free above ₹1499. Below that: ₹59 (Prepaid orders, within Kerala) or ₹89 (COD, within Kerala). Prices vary by location outside Kerala.
What is your return policy?
We keep it simple: no refunds, returns, or cancellations, except if something's defective, damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered.
● Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim — film an unedited unboxing video from the very first unwrap, and reach out within 3 days of delivery.
● Return eligibility: item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Once checked, we'll issue a replacement or refund — approval is at our discretion.
● Timelines: Returns within 3 days of delivery. Refunds within 10 working days after approval.
● Cancellations: once your order is confirmed and headed for pickup, there's no turning back.
Can I exchange a product for a different size/design?
No — sizing is clearly mentioned on the website.
I received a damaged/wrong product. What do I do?

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Most of our products are anti-tarnish and waterproof, so they last long and can be worn daily. Wipe with a cloth after every use, and keep away from sea water and chlorinated water. Avoid spraying perfume or applying moisturiser directly on the product.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic / skin-friendly?
Yes, it's skin-friendly. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes. The colour stays exactly as-is even with water contact, and it's anti-tarnish — everyday moments like handwashing, showers, or rain won't affect it. We recommend avoiding sea water and chlorinated pool water.
What grade is your stainless steel?
Our stainless steel jewelry is made from 316 grade steel, known for its durability and resistance to tarnishing.
Can girls wear the jewelry too?
Yes, all our jewelry is unisex.
Do you provide customisations?
We don't offer full customisation. You can, however, mix and match — choose any plain chain and any pendant you like to make your own combo.
Can I buy pendants separately?
Yes, pendants can be ordered separately.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available for an additional ₹148 — select the option at checkout.
